We built BibaFlow as a custom internal productivity and operations tool for the client’s team to manage projects, tasks, time tracking, and collaboration in one centralized system. The goal was to replace a fragmented set of tools with a single, purpose-built platform tailored to the team’s real workflows.

BibaFlow is now used internally to run day-to-day operations, giving the team clear visibility, accountability, and smoother collaboration. The system was intentionally designed with scalability in mind, allowing it to be rolled out to additional teams and later evolved into a SaaS product when the business is ready.

The Product

Centralized Project & Task Operations

A single internal workspace where the team can plan projects, break work into tasks, assign ownership, and track progress in real time. This replaced a scattered mix of tools and spreadsheets with one clear source of truth, making it easier to stay aligned, move work forward, and see what’s actually happening across the business.

Built-in Time Tracking & Focus Workflows

Native time tracking and focus sessions allow the team to log effort directly against tasks and work with fewer distractions. This removes the need for external time-tracking or focus tools, improves accountability, and gives the business clearer insight into how time is spent day to day.

Role-Based Team Access & Internal Visibility

Owner-managed roles and permissions give leadership full visibility into projects, workloads, and productivity, while keeping the experience simple for team members focused on execution. The access model is built to scale cleanly, allowing additional teams to be onboarded without adding operational complexity.
