CleanX - Cleaning Management Platform
Web App
Australia
We built an internal operations platform for a cleaning business managing a distributed team of employees and contractors across residential and commercial job sites in Melbourne. The platform centralises cleaner profiles, shift scheduling, attendance tracking, and incident management into a single system, eliminating the reliance on phone calls, spreadsheets, and WhatsApp threads to coordinate daily operations.
It gives ops managers full visibility across every cleaner and every shift, automates compliance monitoring around confirmations and check-ins, flags at-risk team members before they become liabilities, and ensures uncovered jobs are resolved before the day falls apart.
The Product

Cleaner Profiles & Unified Directory
A centralised directory with reliability scores, skill tags, zone coverage, and incident history per cleaner. Managers know instantly who is cleared to work and who needs attention, without hunting across systems.
Google Calendar-Style Schedule
Each cleaner gets their own column on a full-day time grid. Uncovered shifts are impossible to miss. Managers toggle cleaners on and off to focus the view, keeping daily coordination fast and visual.

Attendance & Confirmation Tracking
Shifts are tracked through confirmation and check-in thresholds. Any slip - a pending confirmation, a late arrival, an unassigned job - gets flagged automatically, so managers stay ahead of problems instead of reacting to them.
Reliability Scoring
A 0–100 score per cleaner, built from on-time rate, no-shows, and late arrivals. At-risk cleaners surface on the dashboard automatically, giving managers an early signal before a pattern turns into a liability.

Incident Management & Replacement Engine
No-shows, complaints, and late arrivals are logged, severity-flagged, and linked to cleaner profiles. When a shift goes uncovered, the platform ranks available replacements by skill match and reliability score — managers resolve and reassign in one click, keeping the day on track.
