We built Express Recruiting, a two-sided recruiting platform that connects athletes with coaches and programs. Athletes build rich profiles to showcase their talent, while coaches search, discover, and recruit the right prospects, all through one secure platform built with proper safeguards for a youth sport context.

Swipe-Based Matching
A fast, familiar swipe experience that pairs athletes and coaches based on their criteria, with filtering by sport, availability, location, and more so both sides only see relevant matches and can connect with a single tap.
Map-Based Discovery
An interactive map that lets users find athletes and coaches around them, making it easy to discover the right people nearby and explore opportunities by location rather than scrolling through endless lists.
Direct Messaging
Secure in-app messaging that opens once two sides match, giving athletes and coaches a private space to talk, share details, and take the next step, keeping every conversation inside a safe, controlled environment.
