Leadcave is an AI chatbot setup service that allows users to create and customize chatbots they can embed on their websites. For this client, we focused on three main tasks: first, we revamped their landing page and app UI/UX to make it more visually appealing; second, we built a custom AI voice agent feature. This voice agent enables customers to create industry-specific AI agents that can make outbound sales calls, handle inbound calls, and act as 24/7 sales and support representatives.

AI Voice agent
We built an AI voice agent system that lets users customize the agent’s voice, tone, speaking speed, and more. Users can also upload a knowledge base to personalize the agent’s responses. The voice agent supports both inbound and outbound calls, and users can seamlessly integrate their existing business number for a fully automated experience.
UI/UX Revamp
Re-designed the software’s landing page and platform UI/UX to create a smoother and more delightful user experience.
