We built an internal operations platform for a construction business managing subcontractors across multiple active job sites. The platform centralises subcontractor profiles, compliance tracking, job assignments, and document management into a single system—eliminating the need to juggle spreadsheets, shared drives, and email chains. It gives operations managers full visibility across every subcontractor and every site, automates compliance monitoring, and ensures nothing slips through the cracks.

Manage every subcontractor from a single centralised directory. Each profile surfaces compliance scores, contact details, trade information, active job assignments, and document status in one place -giving managers an instant picture of who is cleared to work and who needs attention.
Job Assignment Tracker
Assign subcontractors to sites and track progress in real time. Each job includes a milestone checklist, contract value, invoice tracking, and site notes - so project managers always know what's happening on every engagement without chasing anyone for updates.
Compliance Monitor
Automatically track document expiry dates and flag issues before they become liabilities. The compliance dashboard surfaces expired, expiring, and missing documents per subcontractor, with one-click reminders to keep everyone accountable and audit-ready.
Document Vault
A centralised repository for all subcontractor compliance documents, organised by category—insurance certificates, trade licenses, SWMS, induction records, contracts, and tax declarations. Documents are linked directly to subcontractor profiles and the compliance monitor, keeping everything in sync.
